Return Policy

1. Return period
Within 30 days from the date you receive the product, if you are not satisfied with the product or meet the return conditions, you can apply for a return. We will not be able to accept return applications beyond this period, so please pay attention to the time.

2. Return qualifications
The product must be unused, the original packaging is intact, all accessories, labels, and tags are complete, and it does not affect secondary sales.

If the product itself has quality problems (such as damage, defects, functional failures, etc.), you can apply for a return regardless of whether it is opened and used.

For customized and personalized products, unless there is a quality problem, we will not accept return applications initiated due to personal preferences.

3. Product damage and problem handling
If the product you received is damaged, missing accessories or other quality problems, please contact us by email contact@lienthelp24h.com with in 48 hours after receiving the product, and attach clear photos or videos of the product problem. After we verify the situation, we will arrange a free return or exchange for you and bear the return shipping costs.

If the product has non-human quality problems during use and is still within the warranty period, you can contact us to apply for after-sales service. We will provide repair, exchange or return services according to the specific situation.

4. Return process
Application: Send an email to contact@lienthelp24h.com. The email must indicate the order number, reason for return, description of the product problem (if any) and your contact information. We will respond to your application within 1-2 working days and inform you of the follow-up operations. 

Return: After receiving our return authorization, please follow the instructions to send the product back to the designated address. Please use a traceable logistics method to return the product and keep the logistics order number.

Acceptance: After we receive the returned product, we will inspect and accept it within 3-5 working days. If the product meets the return conditions, we will process a refund for you; if not, we will inform you of the reason by email and send the product back to you by the original route. The return fee is borne by you.

5. Refund Time Limit
After confirming that the product meets the return conditions and completes the acceptance, we will initiate a refund within 5-7 working days. The refund will be returned to the account you used when paying. The specific arrival time may vary depending on the payment method and bank processing procedures. Generally, credit card payment may take 3-10 working days, and electronic payment methods such as PayPal may arrive within 1-3 working days.
